How i spent my last few weeks counting down to first day of school on the 25th.

Autumn nights, it seems,

are long by repute alone

scarcely had we met

when morning’s first light appeared,

leaving everything unsaid.

i can hardly believe it but it's already our 2nd month (:
a lovely evening spent at Shangri-la. i must say, the spread of food there was fascinating. desserts were...to put simply, pure bliss. not surprising to have The Line living up to its name as the supposed 'mother of all buffets'.
to think i nearly suffered from a panic attack as i rushed to get everything ready for baby's surprise. but it was cute seeing him sitting across the table in silence, with the slightest hint of a smile, trying to take in every detail of the surprise.
